If you sign up to an ADVA Omnis Account, you hereby agree to the following terms & conditions -
ONE. You accept and are okay with your account details such as first & last name, nickname, your password (which is hashed using a very secure algorithm) and your files, (which will be encoded using a password you remember) to be stored onto a url anyone can see but NOT edit.
We assure that your sensitive information is given additional security measures as mentioned earlier so no one can access the true contents of it.
TWO. As you use the services provided by the suite, you agree NOT TO CREATE EXPLICIT OR INNAPPROPRIATE CONTENT with it, and ANY DAMAGE TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY OR ANY ENTITY USING THESE SERVICES WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR.
THREE. THE NAMES "OMNIS" BELONG TO "ADVA DEVELOPER." ANY MODIFICATION OR RESELLING OR/AND REBRANDING OF THE GIVEN SERVICES AND SUITE NAME IS NOT PERMITTED.
FOUR. IF YOU DO NOT COMPLY WITH ANY OF THE MENTIONED ABOVE, THEN WE HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO ERASE YOUR ACCOUNT FROM OUR DATABASE.
INFORMATION. THE NAME ADVA DEVELOPER is NOT to be confused with the company "ADVA OPTICAL NETWORKING SE". BOTH NAMES ARE SEPERATE AND ARE NOT AFFILIATED OF ANY KIND.
